David M. Postic | Shareholder
David M. Postic has been recognized by Super Lawyers as an Oklahoma Rising Star in estate planning and probate, while also representing clients in real estate transactions, trust administration, and elder law. Outside of practice, David teaches Wills & Trusts as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Law and regularly gives Continuing Legal Education seminars and contributes to the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
In addition to his involvement in various legal organizations, David is active in the community. He is a member and Past President of the Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary Club and has served in Rotary leadership positions at the national and international levels. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence, a charitable organization dedicated to recognizing and encouraging academic excellence in Oklahoma’s public schools.
David graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he served as Note and Comment Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, sat as an Associate Justice on the Student Government Association Superior Court, and was the 2015 National Champion of the Ruby R. Vale Corporate Law Moot Court Competition and Runner-Up of the 2014 Calvert Moot Court Competition. He was elected to the Order of the Barristers and recognized as a Dean’s Leadership Fellow and a Comfort “Top Ten” Scholar.
